Supervision of Associate Social Workers (ASW) or
Marriage Family Therapist Interns (MFTI)

Individual and group supervision is offered for registered California Board of Behavioral Sciences ASW or MFTI interns working towards completing their licensure hours.
Private supervision services can help a new clinician develop their treatment style, professionalism, as well as an opportunity to reflect on one's work as a clinician. California BBS LCSW Licensure Exam: Preparation & Training

Aileen is able to assist with needs assessment, training, and coaching to assist ASW Interns planning to take their California BBS State Board Exam for LCSW licensure. She can help students not only expand clinical skills, but also incorporate a reading and study plan, anxiety management techniques and individual counseling to support the graduate in studying for the licensure exam.
Fees are based on a sliding scale basis and vary based on individual or group coaching rates. Special package rates incorporating additional phone and email follow-up is also available.  For more information, please call or email.

Mental Health Clinical Consulting Services

Aileen offers mental health consulting services in the form of Initial intake Assessment, Quarterly or Annual Reviews and Updates on a Consultant/ Independent Contractor basis and has been contracted with various community, private and state agencies in San Diego County. She can also assist with employee in-service trainings to staff on mental health issues – which may count for CEU’s for attendees),  basic identification and management of various mental illness diagnoses for persons new to mental health, as well as general team building meetings.
